That works for me. I will be in New York next week too. 

I do have another problem though. I am on the programme committee for the EGI Technical Forum in September and they are meeting at 1500 CET every Tuesday. I'll try to prioritise the UR-WG if I have been to the alternate PC meetings but there might be things that need me particular weeks. I have already reserved a slot for an Accounting workshop though. 

I plan to travel to Delft just for the Sunday when the UR-WG session is scheduled.
