please consider your area director (me) as approached - Morris kept me
in the loop :-)

I agree with the point made by Andrea: this might be a good
opportunity to rethink the group structure in general: get in touch
with the former leadership, reconsider milestones etc.  But the exact
procedure is up to the group really - as long as you all reach (rough)
consensus about goals and chairs, we are happy!
