[ur-wg] PS - Can't respond to comments right now

I still can't find the comments from the original public comment sessions,
or the archives of our mailing list (where I reposted the comments to
facilitate threaded responses). Hopefully OGF will have a solution for us by
the time we get to DC. Until then, I'll continue to meditate on effective
ways of answering the comments. :)
