[ur-wg] Merged UR Specification

Laura,

Do you mean the document entitled
"Usage Record - Format Recommendation" at the URL:
  http://www.psc.edu/~lfm/Grid/UR-WG/UR-WG-Spec.doc

This is the document that the "current version" link of the
"XML specification" points to. Confusingly, its the
"Natural Languade Document" that's described as being in
last call.
