[security-area] Update on GGF Shib meeting

Update on the Shibboleth/Grid meeting at GGF: We have seven  
presenters lined up. Given our limited time, each will have 10  
minutes (hard limit!) and I suspect that will eat up our first session.
We'll then use the remaining time and second session to discuss  
collaboration and synergy.
