Thanks Bert for your update. It looks great.

Linking the second paragraph to SMTP page (= STD62 and RFC3410)
is fine by me. But the first paragraph (SMIv2, STD58 and RFC2578)
also have a link (actually the first word of the heading "SMTP")
to SMTP page. I think it should link to STD58/RFC2578 instead.

Your thoughts?
