      No problem.  I have elimnated "participating" in the title of the
section and changed it to "interested" in the next sentence.

Jay,

Could you delete the word "participating" in both places
where it appears in the draft agenda? At least so far,
the IETF isn't participating as such, as Bert has indicated.
