[sched-chairs] Status update for GSA-RG

We are currently working for an extended version of the current 
draft of the "requirements document". We hope to have this version
ready for the next GGF.

Two sessions have been scheduled for GSA-RG at GGF13:
#1: Monday, March 14 from 3pm-4:30pm
#2: Tuesday, March 15 from 11am-12:30pm
