[SAGA-RG] SAGA Information System Navigator

For the record,

the Info Navigator document has been discussed in some detail at
OGF0-30.  Several small suggestions were made for changes to the
document (i.e. more focus on use cases), but otherwise the document
should advance into the editor pipeline.  It was interesting and
encouraging to see ad-hoc use cases from the audience :-)
