    - advert (doc)
      - ttl should be mandatory, need to be respected
      - backend should complain on invalid/neg ttl settings, not reset timer
      - set_ttl resets timer
      - add the clone() statement as discussed
      - rediscuss exclusion/limitation of session/context serialization
      - make refs to GFD.90 clearer
      - add interop section which explains what level of interop we expect
        (cross application/adaptor/backend/language/...)

    - binding docs (ahem)
