There is another standard effort named SAGA, in the field of
eGovernment:

It's IT, and about distributed applications, and SOA
(amongst others).  OTOH, its distribution seems limited to
Germany at this time.

I think we can ignore this naming collision for now, but
should watch the development of this standard...
