[saga-rg] Comments to use case document

I promised at the last phone call to send the URL to the use
case comments:

BTW, the comments to all docs can be found on the GGF pages
under:

  main -> documents -> public comments -> archived comments


So, if anybody feels included to address the comments in the
UC document, you are more then welcome!

The main points are I think:

  - the readers did not understan what SAGA wants to do (Ian)

  - the reader did not realize that the requirement document
    is a separate document, and hence requirements are NOT
    in the UC document.

Appearently, these points are not clear in the document,
that needs to be taken care of.

Please note that the comments from Rion, Zhou and Chirag are
actually for the wrong document (the strawman API), and got
into the forum due to miscommunating of URLs...
