[saga-rg] Please comment on GridCPR documents

There are two GridCPR documents that are in their public comment period 
until Oct 30, 2005. In order for them to continue through the 
finalization process, it is critical that we have comments on them.


Please take a moment to look at these documents and submit comments. 
Even if you do not have any suggested changes, please submit a comment 
with your general impressions of the documents.
