[RUS-WG] OGF Catania

Hi all!

Here are the slides I promised for the RUS-WG session in 3 different formats.
Since I used OpenOffice 2 for producing them, keep in mind that when for
example using PowerPoint the layout, above all the font sizes, will likely
be messed up. I added the sxi and ppt versions only in case you want to
add, remove or change something, but if so you will likely have to look
over the layout again.

The main arguments of the slides are the major changes since draft 17 (the
last that went though public comment), current developments and open
issues. The focus lies more on concepts than on technical detail.

I hope the slides will be useful for having a fruitful discussion.
