Dear Xiaoyu, dear RUS members,

I have moved the draft that Xiaoyu has provided into a new draft-wsi-rus-19
folder.
I also created a change annotated version and uploaded it as version 2 of
the document. If you want to view the original submission, simply click
onto the document details and download version 1. The document can be found
on GridForge:

http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/doc14301?nav=1

Or as a .pdf:

http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/doc14304?nav=1

Best Regards
Gilbert Netzer
