[RUS-WG] RUS Target Namespace alignment

Hello everybody,

I was just going through the current RUS specification and noticed that the 
current namespace IRI is defined as being:
"http://www.gridforum.org/2005/rus-wg/types"

I wondered if this should be aligned with the GFD.84 Stanardised Namespaces 
for XML infosets in OGF and therefore be changed to the form:
"http://schemas.ogf.org/rus/2007/01"
(or a more appropriate year/month combination)?

Any thought about that?
