[RUS-WG] Inconsistencies in spec and wsdl/xsd

Hi RUS-team,

while I was generating some XMLbeans for UNICORE 6 from the rus schemas (out
of specification), I noticed that there are some inconsistencies with the
specification description we should correct in the spec.

For example with respect to exposed and described operations:

- spec: extractRUSUsageRecords

(enable client to find all usage records relating to a more complicated set
of requirement)

- schema: extractRecords

(maybe as above, not in spec...?)

Furthermore, I noticed that there are quite old relationships to the URF
from 2003, which could be updated.

BTW: I added the wsdl/xsd as files into gridforge document area.

Some tasks for discussion,

Morris
