Gilbert,

  I suggest putting V2 of the RUS specification on the roadmap,  
without this
  the roadmap looks pessimistic i.e. we are expecting the survey to  
be negative
  and have nothing planned for after it. Keep the possibility to stop  
if the
  survey is negative, but at least plan for a V2.
