[rus-wg] Minutes from RUS GGF 13 Session

Steven Newhouse welcomed everyone to the session, passed round the sign
up sheet and drew everyones attention to the GGF IPR policy.

Jon MacLaren provided an overview of a WS-I only compliant specification
of the RUS and details of its implementation by John Ainsworth at the
University of Manchester as part of the UK's Market for Computational
Services project. Both the specification document and slides have been
circulated to the list.

There was no objection at the meeting to revising the specification and
submitting it to the GGF as a proposed standards recommendation.

Action: Steven Newhouse to revise current draft specification document
for submission to GGF.
