[Risge-rg] updated use case collection document, discussion about common functionality groups

Dear All,

Please find attached
updated version of  the use case collection document:

This version includes takes into account remarks coming from our last 
meeting (mainly changes in the section 6 but also 4).

I have sent also questions to authors of some of the subsections for 
further clarifications so we could
make the document more coherent.

We have decided that we should  identify a few common 
points(functionalities) and focus in more details on it. We should start 
with a limited set of functionality that could be extended even in the 
future.

I would like to start now the discussion on these functionalities:

Some initial propostions, that maybe needs rephrasing:

 - configuration information ( that could be presented for example 
through extension to GLUE, that could be used for the discovery mechanism)

- Security considerations: a&a model used

- Remote control mechanism/steering (like streaming,etc)
