[Pgi-wg] PGI Glossary and Terms: OGF Editor Submission

Dear PGI team,

  I just submitted the PGI glossary document to the OGF editor (Greg Newby).

The version submitted can be found here:

Minor comments from Christoph Witzig and Steven Newhouse have been integrated. 

More comments can be performed later during the public comment period if necessary.
