1) Any final comment/additional requirement to be included in the "GES 
strawman"; would it be appropriate to transform the "GES strawman" into 
a GFD-I (informative?) document containing "PGI requirements for 
execution services" ?

2) How can the requirements be actually implemented? (this item is 
likely to take most of our effort from now to the end of the WG activity)
