Over the last few months the 'ISV Remote Computing Usage Primer' has matured. The current draft can be found here -

We believe this version is ready for submission to the OGF Editor for public comment. We are therefore making a FINAL CALL for working group comments before submission. This will expire at midnight (Pacific) July 30th 2008.
