The latest draft of the Roadmap document has been uploaded to  
gridforge: https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/doc13733?nav=1

This version merges changes and comments from many individuals. It  
also has the latest version of Mike Behrens material on the web  
services context. I'd like to spend today's F2F session going over  
these comments and resolving any outstanding issues in the text.
