[ogsa-wg] Webcast thoughts (abstract)

Hi, Attached is an updated version of the abstract with mods from Mike
Behrens. The agenda for tonight's call is fairly full, but I need to
submit it tomorrow, so I'd like to squeeze in a *brief* discussion to
finalize it, and if we can't do that we'll need to finish it off-line.
