NO ogsa-wg call today (RE: URGENT Re: [ogsa-wg] Proposed agenda for Feb. 21st call)

Tom, take care of yourself.

Due to the fact that both Tom and DaveS (traveling) cannot make today's 
call, the OGSA-WG call will be canceled. 

The next call will be Wednesday and we will discuss GGF13 BoF preparation, 
naming profile, and basic security profile.
