[ogsa-wg] No RM teleconference next Tuesday (August 30)

Hi,

     I'm hoping to have a teleconference on September 6th just to re-sync
the design team.
     Meanwhile, work is progressing. Ellen is in vacations, but she sent me
a first cut of the resource management section for the OGSA 1.5 spec, which
I'll review as soon as I can ("as soon as I can" does not necessarily mean
"soon" -- more details in the teleconference).
