Following on from this, I have applied what I believe to be the
necessary polish to the documents:

As such, it's time for Final Call on these documents! Yay! Will all
members of the group please review the documents and give us a shout (by
contacting either of the group chairs or, preferably, the group mailing
list) if there is anything wrong with them. If nobody speaks up in the
next week (i.e. by 12:00 GMT on 17 March) then we'll move to the formal
publication stage.
