See the HPCBP specification for details. But username & password over server side TLS is one option. Another is mutual TLS using X.509 certificates. Some groups are providing both endpoints... others just the one.

Provide the JSDL of a job that will run on your system so that others can test your endpoint using that JSDL. Arrange on a peer to peer basis to support other jobs as requested.
