[ogsa-hpcp-wg] latest experiences document

All,

	Here is the latest version of the experiences document updated with
everything that I have been sent through Monday (as agreed on the last phone
call). The Issues section has been re-factored into "specification" and
"hosting environment" specific issues. I have also updated any URLs and
interop matrix entries which people mailed me. Have a look and send me
comments. In particular, I have not received confirmation from everyone that
the interop matrices are correct. We're looking to submit this right after
Christmas, so the comment period will be open for 1 week, starting today.
