[ogsa-dmi-wg] UNICORE DMI implementation ready for Interop

Folks,

I am happy to announce that the FLE client implementation of OGSA-DMI  
is fully interoperable (with one small exception around WS-Addressing  
Action values) with UNICORE's OGSA-DMI implementation!
