I can't make it to the OGSA-DMI call as I will be travelling at that time.

Fortunately, a colleague volunteered to open the conf call for me, and then
to drop off to let you finish our business.

** Management
- - I would like to map Action Items to Tasks in Gridforge
  -- Greatly helps managing your work items
  -- Greatly eases group management
  -- Speeds up Action Item review if people actually work with their tasks
     (i.e. properly update Tasks from time to time)
- - Document formats
  -- Application and OS neutral formats for final documents
  -- Propose to use PDF for documents
  -- Propose ASCII for phone conference minutes
  -- What is with presentations?
- - Phone conference time slots
  -- I am available every day from 16:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC.
