Just in case anyone missed this on the GFS or OGSA-Naming lists. This  
is the minimalist version of RNS, which is intended to provide a  
basis for other groups, including GFS and other groups in the Data  
area, to build profiles upon for specific functions.

Dave, can we put discussion of this draft on the agenda for the next  
call? I'd like to get feedback from this working group on the draft,  
if there is any.
