[OGSA-AUTHZ] OGSA-Authz meeting at GGF13 - need meeting chair

Folks,

 For a couple of reasons, I will unfortunatly not be attending GGF13.

 If someone else who is attending is willing to chair an OGSA-Authz
meeting, I will help schedule and make an agenda. You probably need to
speak up in the next week to make sure it happens.
