I've not much to report. Still no co-chair for RSS, but we're doing OK.
Had a very good GGF, and the OGSA F2F afterwards was especially helpful.
Current plan is to get a draft spec to the GGF Editor by the end of the
year.

That's at exactly the same time as the JSDL telecon.
