[occi-wg] Input for column on IoT

I currently have a paper on the subject submitted to IEEE IoT: still
waiting for the review, submitted in October. In a nutshell, I use the
monitoring extension to describe the infrastructure, with emphasis on edge
computing and the utilization of websockets (you know, the channels in the
monitoring extension) for communication.

I can share with you the draft, if you are interested in.
