[occi-wg] Cloud Interoperability Workshop, CloudPlugfest and OGF 39 OCCI-0WG sessions

following Alan's invite regarding next OGF 39 in Madrid, I volunteer for
giving a 20 min presentation+discussion about OCCI monitoring, if this is
considered appropriate.
