[occi-wg] Resource & OS templates retrieving

So you *should* be able to to issue a HTTP request like this:

OpenSSL/0.9.8r zlib/1.2.5
> Host: 10.211.55.85:8787
> Accept: */*
> Category: os_tpl; scheme="http://schemas.ogf.org/occi/infrastructure#";
class="mixin"

Right now (using pyssf), the result of this request is that all categories
are returned. So either I've a poor formulation, or I've a bug to go
hunting for.
