[occi-wg] OCCI flyer for NIST and SC11

The narrow columns on the side of the figures are difficult to read,
typographically not advisable (spacing between letters becomes irregular):
what about a single column, with the figure on one side? With saved space I
suggest to give more relevance to title and subtitle.

There are some redundant/useless words around: I found "including e.g.",
"and also", "typical". I'd say "more than twenty" instead of "dozens", and
"is going to be" instead of "is expected to be" (if true). Evaluate
"computers" instead of "servers" (accent on "compute", consistent with
figure).
