[occi-wg] OCCI text, json...

During today's conf I said I had an ANTLR grammar that read in the OCCI text
format and converted it to a possibly suitable OCCI JSON format (Ralf and I
had sync'ed on this JSON structure some months ago). You can get the code
for this here:

Note that the grammar is an old one and is not accurate. You can expect this
[1][2] sort of output from it.
