Thought you would be interested in the following link.  The article says "CERN hopes to move this initial private cloud to larger scale to add flexibility to its IT processes as well as offer a public cloud interface. CERN has successfully tested the EC2 API implementation of OpenNebula. New challenges in cloud computing management will be addressed."  

Has anyone been in touch with the CERN team regarding testing an OCCI implementation?
