FWIW I have no problem whatsoever with this nomination and given Andy's
solid contributions since the start (even if not always aligned with mine) I
can't think of a better person to nominate. This is particularly true given
the academic position being replaced and his work with SLA at SOI (which he has
always been representing rather than his employer, Intel).

If anyone does take exception to this procedural issue then I suggest taking
it up with the co-chairs.
