[occi-wg] Nouns and Verbs (was: Syntax of OCCI API) - state model

Alexander,

We are defining an API for end users of cloud infrastructures, and not  
an API for the dynamic management of VMs in clusters/data centers. I  
think that the scope is clearly defined in the charter.
