[Nsi-wg] [AutoGole] dynamicKL status

Hi Lee-san,

We've confirmed that the request from dynamicKL to AIST processed
properly, and we can make a reservation at your uPA.

When we tried to reserve a path between KRLight to AIST using your
aggregator, "no path found" was returned.
