[Nsi-wg] Question about provision + release/terminate

Hi

Lets say I try to provision a connection, and that I get an ack back from 
the first provider. Somwhere down the tree the request fails for some 
reason, could be data corruption, a connection that was adminstratively 
removed and the notifcation was lost, cosmic ray. Whatever.

What do I reply with?

There is no error signalling for provision, release and terminate.
