[Nsi-wg] AutoGOLE diagram v9

ESnet NSI uPA is up (in the bare nick of time) running NSI v2. 

Reserve / provision / release / terminate lifecycle works fine & verified with the AIST folks.

Query does not quite work right now - it will respond to query requests but with an empty list. Neither does modify.
