Radek/Jeroen: It would be nice to negotiate time-outs between RA/PA with a  
minimum timeout.
Henrik: would be better to focus energies on better (faster)  
implementations.
Inder: does negotiation of time-outs adds unnecessary burden of complexity?

Jerry: a solution that uses current protocol would have local RA time-out  
policy.  if the response is not received in this time a terminate is sent  
by the RA.
Inder: We should add information in documentation to explain options and  
actions available when the RA does not get a response.
TK: the documentation should state state clearly that PA MUST respond/reply  
to a query even while processing a request.
