[Nsi-wg] providerNSA and requesterNSA fields

Hi John,

The agreement at Lyon was, we will use urn:ogf:network:nsa: for NSA
names and urn:ogf:network:nsnetwork: for physical network.

So the requester/providerNSA should be urn:ogf:network:nsa, and
nsnetwork name is used for topology description and STP names.

This allows one to multiple relationship between NSA and network.
