[Nml-wg] More UML....

Hello,

I've gone through the available notes of the meetings at OGF 23, and 
I've compiled a UML diagram of what I think we have agreed on:

I've also updated the Deliverable_2 part of the wiki to reflect what we 
have decided at OGF 23.

The diagram is not complete, I'm not 100% sure what we have decided what 
kind of domains there would be. But at least this shows where to place 
it, and what we have so far agreed upon.
