The current list of available issues that can be entered into the draft:

The current draft document can be found in the subversion repository on the OGF GridForge. Go to:

The draft is in the "nml-base" repository, and if you're logged in, that page will give you the proper instructions for svn to do a checkout.
If you can't do a commit, let me know.
